PRODUCTION DESIGN
Here you will find many projects in which I worked as chief or member of the production designing team. Most of these are during school workshops, hence the heavy reliance on the same structures. In spite of these limitations, I always try to achieve new feats and find more ideas with the things I am given
All projects below are in chronological order.

01
"SAMEDI, C'est la fête"
Type : Workshop
Director : Hugo Santoni
Details on PD : The goal was to recreate a cozy, yet simple and refined living room for a theatric short scene. The lights and plants were added to create a bohemian ambiance without saturating the room
02
"L'éclat"
Type : School Project
Director : Lisa-Maria Etsu & Heloïse Besnard
Details on PD : The challenge here was to create a set we could damage and degrade more and more to portray the growing issues and insecurities of the couple living there. We achieved that by not only adding trash and displacing a bunch of props, but also by placing highly-degradable objects, like posters, sheets, plants, etc

03
"manhattan"
Type : Workshop
Director : Noa Bouchon
Details on PD : A simple apartment centered around the couch and suitcase the characters are packing
04
"a very musical comedy"
Type : Acting section's final school project
Director : Rachel Dano
Details on PD : Under the leadership of Kelly Devilliers, we set up half a dozen sets, including three "paintings" with a purposefully school play, musical feel : one underwtaer, one in space and one on a romantic terrace. Every background was painted by hand, and most props were made and painted by the PD team

05

"tinder"
Type : Music video
Director : Nicolas Fradet
Details on PD : During this clip by singer Samuel Abitbol, I was tasked with preparing two very different sets : recreating a photo shoot, complete with a red background, lights, frame, etc ; and preparing a penthouse restaurant we rented for the night : setting up specific tables at different places, placing the chandeliers I had to modify beforehand, making tablecloths and napkins, different colored drinks...
06
"la valse des pantins"
Type : Workshop
Director : Gloria Steingueldoir
Details on PD : A very complex set which took some preparation beforehand, especially for the large bay window, which was made with black tape and diffusion sheets. We brought hundreds of candles to place everywhere, malted them down manually beforehand, set up the table (and make it safe for the actress to walk on), and used many decor sheets to create the hallway on the right

07
"pour toute la nuit"
Type : School Project
Director : Antoine Pontallier
Details on PD : As both director and lead production designer, I aimed to recreate a fancy night club, complete with a bar, a dance floor and a VIP space. Having access to a dark studio made the whole process easier, but we still had to assemble many items to make an realistic-looking bar, as well as give the VIP square the sensual and erotic vibe I aimed for. Globally, even though I am not fully satisfied with the scale of the set, the operation was a success
08
"épouvantail"
Type : Year's final school project
Director : Antoine Pontallier

09
"EUPHORIA" - RECREATION
Type : Workshop
Director : Gloria Steingueldoir
Details on PD : The aim was to (obviously) recreate the ambiance of the TV show "Euphoria", both in lighting and stage design. Lots of small lights were used for decoration purposes, the aim being to play on the reflections and different colors. They were two different sets (same room, 6 months apart), which created a different challenge : making the audience feel like they're in the same space while providing narrative and stylistic differences.
